April Event 2: Share Our Spare
55 volunteers will be organizing and sorting a variety of kids clothing and toy donations.

Parking: The parking lot and the entrance are on Milwaukee Ave. You will see the Tierra Encantada daycare at the front of the parking lot. Park in the Milwaukee Ave lot. Please DO NOT park in the Kilbourn Ave lot with the taxis. Your vehicle will be towed by the taxi company!

15 volunteers will be gardening, painting, and cleaning up for LYTE Collective's annual gardening/beautification event.

March Event #1
Volunteer with SparkShop
20 volunteers will be packing manufacturing and industrial engineering kits. Our goal is 400-500 kits in two hours! Volunteers will help with the assembly line, quality control, replenishment, or shipping.

March Event #2
Volunteer with the Chicago Park District
60 volunteers will be cleaning up Humboldt Park. Supplies will be provided onsite.

Parking: Drivers can park directly in the Boathouse Parking Lot. This is a great event to VUber to, either as a volunteer driver or a passenger.

Cardz for Kidz | February Event
60 volunteers will be counting, sorting and packaging cards to be shipped to children worldwide.

Amnesty International | January
20 volunteers will be writing letters for 9 cases as a part of Amnesty International’s Write for Rights campaign. . Additional activities will include photo actions for missing people, signing petitions, and craft contests. The specific cases we will be working on can be found here.

30 volunteers will be assisting with the Snowshoe event. Roles will include time keeping, results recording, bullpen/escorting athletes to the start line, lunch, and awards.

Pack carts of food, bring food outside to clients, pack toiletry bags, stock shelves, and sort clothing donations with Care for Real.
Bags and Mats for Those in Need
Cut plastic bags to create plastic bag yarn, crochet sleeping mats for migrants and unhoused populations, and package mats for delivery.

Trash Trekkers, Pullman National Historical Park
Volunteers picked up trash and cleaned the grounds of the Pullman National Historical Park with the Trash Trekkers. At the end of the event, volunteers became junior park rangers!
